Ever wanted to know what it feels like to be a model? Jennifer Bates Photography shoots are just that - a pamper sesh and model-for-a-day experience. Upon arrival to my studio, you'll receive gorgeous hair & makeup artistry. Then we start your shoot with a bit of fashion-flair with your favorite formal gown or dress. Dresses aren't your thing? No problem! Let's go for the contemporary 'Calvin Klein' cover model look, with a simple tank top and jeans.
After your studio shoot, we head to our pre-determined locations to rock out the rest of your shoot! You’ll have unlimited clothing change options (and with my portable changing room, changing outfits is a breeze!) My studio is also known for the fun we have during our shoot. This isn’t your old-school boring cheesy pose crap. This is fashion-inspired, fashion-infused, high synergy, and creative photography at its finest.

Our third appointment is your in-person Ordering appointment (for locals) where we get back together for your Photo Reveal. During this appointment, you'll select your favorite photos and place your order.

Our second meeting is your fun-filled, creatively guided photoshoot (duration of shoot depends on a few factors, but are typically 2-3 hours in length) Posing is my superpower, ensuring you feel AND LOOK great! I delight in working with all shapes and sizes, and all levels of awkwardness.

A thorough planning meeting (over the phone). During this consult, we'll map out the most perfect shoot for you! We also chat about clothing ideas. Need a little outfit advice? I'm here for you! Together we'll decide on the perfect locations and I'll also ask a few questions about you so I have a better idea on how to best bring out your personality during your shoot.

Thinking back on our experience with Jenn, once my daughter's photoshoot started and I saw Jenn coach her into pose after pose, I realized I had found someone with a true gift for working with girls of ALL sizes, not just lean young women.

I did my senior pictures with Jenn during our family's vacation to Fort Myers Beach. I really wanted something different.
Since I wanted a tropical look, Jenn suggested several of her favorite locations. She helped us plan outfits for each location, giving color & style suggestions, which was a huge relief to me and my mom. She basically mapped out my entire shoot, starting in her studio then outdoors - she made sure I got the tropical look I wanted plus some beach shots. But my favorites, by far, were our studio shots. Ask for the tulle skirts - you won't regret it!!! It was an unforgettable way to start my senior year!!
